Service Maintenance Contracts and Preventative Maintenance

Safeguard service contract: We offer a safeguard laser contract that provides protection for your investment. Learn more.

Preventative maintenance: To assure that the system operates at optimal performance and remains safe with regard to electromagnetic disturbance throughout the expected service life, we recommend annual preventative maintenance by a Iridex certified service specialist.


Education and Training

Clinical education: Iridex provides on-site clinical training sessions for your PASCAL Classic, Slimline, Streamline, and Synthesis Photocoagulator Ophthalmic Laser Scanning systems. This instructor-led training, will ensure that all staff has the proper understanding and experience to be successful with the PASCAL lasers.

Biomedical training program: Iridex offers a 3-day instructor led Bio-Med course for PASCAL Classic, Slimline, Streamline, and Synthesis Photocoagulator Ophthalmic Laser Scanning systems. Classes can be coordinated at our service center in Livermore, CA or at your facility to better serve you.
